Update 5 - Hotfix, AI & Random Survival mode

Update 5
- Mod migration from CCG Master fixed.
- Random Survival mode added.
- Improved AI a bit.
- Reduced title animation time.
I had to make a quick update to fix an issue with migrating old mods. I did not plan to update today, so I have not tested the new features fully, hopefully they will work okay.
Survival mode will be expanded upon and get deck selection next update.
