Update 16 - Halloween mini game

Halloween mini game added to games.
Fixed bug where tutorial showed up for custom games.
Fixed bug where Edit button on main menu complained that the game is not loaded.
Fixed issue where scroll scrolled down.
Updated share screen link.

The Halloween mini game is nothing fancy, just a small game you can try for something a bit different.

Next, I think I will have to optimize the web build before I get feedback.
