Update 49 - Mod Browser & Upload

• You can now browse games other people have created in the mod browser.
• You can now upload games you create in the editor.
• Web no longer asks if you want to update, it just does it.
• Fix issue with creating mods in web version.

There currently is an issue with uploading on the web version, will soon be fixed.

Right now it only contains a test mod I have created. I hope you will upload some games I can try. :)
