Update 58 - Fixes

• Fix mod.io mod load issue.
• Fix crash on windows that could randomly happen after playing online.
• Fix error when selecting a deck too fast online.
• Fix 'Take x damage' error.
• Fix issue with loading mods that could cause error.
• Fix enter button not working as expected in ability editor.
• Fix another issue with slider in menus.

Known bugs: there is an issue with subscribing/downloading mods in the web version.
