Update 60 - DLC & more

• DLC is live, you can now support me by buying it.
• Mod.io page is now public, mods will be searchable on search engines.
• New effect: Remove abilities|types.
• Image publisher: You can now prevent others from using your art.

DLC got approved last week and I wanted to make it a major update, so I decided to implement links, it took a bit longer than expected. 

You can now support my work by buying the DLC or via Ko-fi, I have added Ko-fi links to the Discord and website. 

 If you already have games/mods uploaded, I recommend doing an update to get the 'Click here to play' link on your mod.io page. 

 Known issue: You cannot use art packs in other games yet.
