Update 60.4 - More ability options

Most abilities can now target "the|a|X random|leftmost|rightmost|top|bottom" minions.
New ability condition: If this has X <attack|health|cost>,
Ability conditions (if) can now target types and cards.
On Play select abilities can now target hands.
Discard... ability has more options.
Fix issue with "If the enemy has.."
Fix issue where viewing a card in a stack would view the wrong card.
Fix card count not visible on graves.
Fix issue with card collider.
Fix issue where mod list could cause error.
