Update 60.5 - Custom ability descriptions

- You can now change the description of abilities.
- Addded On Slay, trigger after a minion kills something.
- Fix issues with uploading a single image.
- Fix issue loading deck with special characters.
- Fix issue with random abilities.
- Fix issue with control and at start of turn abilities.
- Fix abilities being able to ignore "random" after "a".
- Fix issue with parentheses in card names.
