Update 60.6 - Per card limits

• Card Editor: Added limit. Set custom amount limit for cards in decks.
• Rules Editor: Added Deck size max. Allows you to have variable deck sizes.
• Added Modes Editor.
• Main Menu: Play now shows the last 3 modes you played.
• Card Editor: Removed sheet button.
• Fix issue with deck sorting order.

Modes Editor allows you to hide game modes that does not fit your game. For example: hide all except draft. Multiplayer is still only with decks. In the future I want it to be able to create modes with their own rules and resources.
