Update 61 - Card Design Editor

• Added design editor which allows you to design the look of your cards.
• Credits now show author of art mods.
• Fix field cards missing flavor text.
• Fix issue where editor would always have a change.
• Limited field numbers to a max of 8 characters.
• Fix issue where child tree nodes would not hide correctly.
• Fix issue with summon random.
