Update 61.3 - Better tooltip

Tooltips now also show cards summoned by abilities.
Game lists on the main menu now also shows mods.
"If control" conditions can now be "X or less". (for compability reasons, it is automatically "X or more" if not specified.)
"If <you> have" conditions can now target field.
Load issues now appear in the editor to make it more obvious when something is wrong.
Improved load issue messages a bit.
Fix other friendly not available when selecting "a" target.
Fix issue with comma in effects.
Fix issue with mod loading.
