Update 61.9 - Summon this

• New ability effect: Summon this.
• New ability effect: Repeat X times added to the end of most abilities.
• Deck selection text color changed to white with outline to support black card backs.
• Collection: Now shows the card amount you have, if the game has progression.
• Collection: Now limits cards to the amount you have.
• Rule editor: Added drawing when maxed discards, on by default.
• Rule editor: Added taunt blocks player.
• Fix issue with creating random decks.
• Fix issue with hidden abilities.
• Fix issue with paste in Unity's UGUI.
• Fix cards not reset when refilling deck.
• On Defend was removed because it caused errors, will be added again later.

Not totally happy with the way repeat is worded, I might change it later. 

I will be moving soon, so there might be fewer updates the next 2 months.
