Editor: Added decoration tool, use this to edit the look of existing abilities.
Types editor: Added description.
Types editor: Added show only description checkbox.
Types editor: Added stackable checkbox.
Added ability condition: If this|attacker|defender|killer has X [or more|less] <type>.
Added ability: Reach, can attack flying.
Fix issue with design editor and invalid symbols.
Fix unable to delete a type with a design.
Fix error that could occur in abilities.
