Update 62.11 - Duplicate card

Card editor: Added duplicate button.
Card editor: Export button changed to Export/Import.
Card editor: Added test setting button.
Rules editor: Return section changed to Abilities.
Rules editor: Move|Shuffle resets added to Abilities.
Rules editor: Death... moved to Abilities.
Rules editor: Added "Add starting cards before draw". (Incompatible with some turn triggers, but allows "At Game Start")
Made save more clear in the decoration tool.
Cards are now reset after they are in the deck when Moved/Shuffled. (speeds up the animation)
Added card AA video setting.
Limited card render scale to 8x.
Fix a card rendering bug.
Fix xml change not registering as a save.
Fix issue with long give abilities.
Fix spell "On Play: Return the top card in your grave."
